The handle design is a nice conversation starter at dinner, and the blade slices through a ribeye like butter. It's genuinely the best steak knife I've used for a casual meal at home.
These knives feel incredibly well-balanced in hand—the weight is perfect for slicing through a steak without any awkward wobble. The limited edition handles add a nice pop of personality to the table.
I was hesitant about the price for a steak knife, but the handle's ergonomic design makes slicing through a ribeye feel effortless. The limited edition wood grain is a nice touch that stands out from my usual flatware set.
