سوسييه من الفولاذ المطلي

I was skeptical about the cornerless bottom thing until I tried it—my béchamel came together without any clumps for the first time. It’s sturdy and heats evenly, so no scorching, even on high heat. A solid upgrade for anyone who cooks at home.

The rounded bottom makes stirring a velvety bechamel effortless, and cleanup is a breeze since nothing gets stuck in corners. My pasta sauce has never been this smooth.

I’ve been impressed by how easily this saucier handles delicate tasks like hollandaise—the rounded corners mean nothing gets stuck. It turns a simple weeknight pasta into something that feels genuinely elegant. This is exactly what I was hoping for in a quality sauce pan.
