I was skeptical about the roasting pan's size, but it fits a whole chicken perfectly and the carbon steel gives the skin an incredible crispness. The frying pan has become my daily driver for searing steaks—it's noticeably responsive to heat changes.

The carbon steel heats up incredibly evenly—my omelets have never slid out of a pan this easily. The roasting pan has quickly become my go-to for searing then finishing in the oven. Solid, professional feel without being too heavy.
