I was skeptical at first, but this press really does help bacon and sandwiches get that perfect crisp without curling up. The even pressure across the surface made a noticeable difference in sear marks on my burgers too.

Switched from a round press and this rectangular one covers way more surface area, so my bacon and burgers get evenly crisp without having to shuffle them around. The weight feels just right for pressing down without crushing the meat.

The wide rectangular shape really presses down evenly on my chicken thighs and burgers, and the handle stays cool even over high heat. I’ve been getting that crispy, caramelized crust I always wanted without flipping the meat constantly.
