I was skeptical a lid could make that much difference, but this one seals the heat and moisture in so well that my pancakes come out fluffier and my bacon doesn't smoke up the kitchen. The snug fit on the griddle is exactly what I needed.

The lid fits so snugly on my griddle that I can actually feel the heat and steam staying trapped inside, which makes my pancakes fluffier and my bacon less splattery. Definitely worth the space in my cabinet for how much it improves the whole cooking process.

Cooking a full Sunday breakfast used to mean my whole kitchen smelling like bacon for hours, but this lid traps all that heat and flavor right where it belongs. It fits snugly over the griddle surface, so I can actually control the moisture on my pancakes instead of constantly flipping them.
