I was honestly skeptical about the price for a starter set, but the Damascus pattern on the blades isn't just for show – it's gorgeous and the cutting edge feels genuinely precise even after a month of daily use. The included knives cover everything I need for basic prep, and they've stayed noticeab

The edge retention is seriously impressive—I’ve been prepping daily for two weeks and haven’t needed to sharpen once. The starter set covers everything I use most, and the blades feel perfectly balanced in hand.

The wavy pattern on these blades isn’t just for show—it makes every slice feel smoother, and even after a month of daily chopping, the edge hasn’t dulled on me. The starter set covers all my basics without taking up drawer space.
