Backset

The oval dish is perfect for roasting vegetables, and the way the porcelain distributes heat means everything bakes evenly without hot spots. Cleanup has been effortless—nothing sticks, and a quick rinse is all it takes.

The porcelain has a smooth, heavy feel that makes everything from lasagna to bread pudding look elegant on the table. Even after multiple bakes, the glaze still looks pristine with no scratches or stains.

I’ve been using this set for a few weeks, and the way the porcelain distributes heat makes my casseroles come out perfectly golden every time. The three shapes cover everything from a quick lasagna to a small batch of brownies.
