The clean lines of this slab make it feel more intentional than a standard pie dish, and I love how the porcelain heats evenly for that perfectly golden crust. Popped it in the dishwasher after a messy apple slab pie and every bit of baked-on filling came right off with no scrubbing.

I was skeptical a baking slab would make a difference, but the porcelain holds heat evenly and my pie crust came out perfectly golden. Cleanup was a breeze since it's dishwasher safe, too.

Finally, a baking dish that's actually attractive enough to serve straight from the oven to the table. The porcelain cleans up perfectly in the dishwasher after a deep-dish apple slab pie—no scrubbing needed.
