The blades keep their edge through a month of daily meal prep, and the grip feels secure even when my hands are wet from washing produce. Chopping through butternut squash was the real test that sold me on this set.

I've had mine for a few weeks and the blades still slice through tomatoes like they're butter, no pressure needed. The starter set covers everything I actually use daily, which surprised me.

The edge on these knives held up through a whole week of meal prep without me needing to sharpen once, which honestly surprised me. Even the smaller blades in the starter set feel balanced and precise when I'm dicing herbs or trimming fat. Exactly what I wanted for everyday cooking.
