These blades slice through tomatoes and onions like they're nothing, and the set covers all the basics I actually use daily. The sharpness out of the box is honestly surprising, and they're holding up well after a few weeks of heavy meal prep.

The included blades cover all my daily prep needs—chopping, slicing, dicing—without me reaching for anything else. They've stayed noticeably sharp after a month of steady use, which is more than I can say for my old block.

The edge on these knives was razor sharp right out of the box, and after two weeks of heavy chopping they still glide through onions like butter. The balanced weight makes them feel sturdy in my hand, and the starter set covers everything I actually cook at home.
