Grabbed this to match my frying pan and honestly the weight feels just right—not too flimsy on the stove. Simmering tomato sauce for an hour came out even, no scorching on the bottom. Solid set for everyday cooking.
My stews have never tasted this good—the even heat distribution across the stainless clad base makes a real difference, and the lids fit snugly enough to keep every bit of moisture locked in. I've used it almost daily for a month now, and cleanup is still a breeze with just warm soapy water.
The sauce reduction came out perfectly even, and the lids fit snugly enough that simmering doesn't splatter the stovetop. These pans heat evenly across the bottom, which makes a big difference when I'm making a slow stew.
