I was skeptical about the lifetime guarantee, but after searing steaks in this 10" skillet, the heat retention is phenomenal and the seasoning is already building nicely. It felt solid and heavy in my hand right out of the box — exactly what a pro kitchen demands.
This skillet heats evenly across the entire surface—I can sear multiple steaks at once without any hot spots. The handle stays cooler than my old pan, which makes a big difference during a long cook. Already planning to order a second one.
