I've been cooking eggs and fish in this pan for two weeks and the heat control is spot on—no more scorched butter or unevenly cooked centers. The tri-ply construction makes it feel sturdy but not heavy, and cleanup is a breeze with just soap and water.
The tri-ply build really delivers on even heating—my sauces stopped scorching on the edges completely. It’s responsive to temperature tweaks, and cleanup is quicker than I expected for stainless.
I was skeptical about spending this much on a pan, but the responsiveness when I adjust the heat is genuinely impressive. It's noticeably lighter than my old cast iron, and the tri-ply build heats evenly without hotspots.
