Couteaux à steak

I’ve never had steak knives that actually cut through a seared crust without shredding the meat underneath. These slice so cleanly that even a tougher cut feels tender.

The non-serrated edge makes such a clean cut through a ribeye that I barely lost any juice on the plate. Perfect balance in the hand too.
