Set Besi Cor Berlapis Enamel

The lid on the Dutch oven fits so snugly that my stew barely reduces, and cleanup is a breeze. I've already used all three pieces in one meal, and the heat distribution is perfectly even.

I was skeptical about the weight, but these pieces feel substantial without being unwieldy—the three French-made pots handle everything from searing to braising beautifully.

The enamel is so smooth and easy to clean, even after searing chicken at high heat. Everything feels sturdy, and the set covers all my stovetop needs without cluttering the cabinet.
