Wajan Goreng Stainless Clad

The heat distribution is honestly remarkable—my sauces simmer evenly without that annoying hot spot in the center. It's responsive too, so adjusting the flame gives me near-instant feedback. This pan's become my go-to for everything from searing to delicate reductions.

I’ve been cooking with it daily for two weeks and the stainless clad core means no hot spots, even when I’m pushing the heat hard for a sear. The pan responds fast when I lower the flame, which I wasn’t expecting from something this sturdy. It’s already my go-to for eggs and veggies alike.

The heat distribution is so even that I've stopped burning the center of my pancakes entirely. It responds to temperature changes almost instantly, which makes searing and sautéing way more predictable than my old pan.
