My first slab pie turned out perfectly—the porcelain heated evenly so the crust was golden all the way through. Cleanup was effortless too, just a quick rinse and into the dishwasher.

I needed a proper slab for pies that wouldn't warp in the oven, and this French Porcelain handles high heat beautifully. Cleanup is a breeze since it's dishwasher-safe, and the finished pie slides right off without sticking.

I love how this slab fits perfectly in my oven and the porcelain stays evenly hot for a golden crust every time. It's also surprisingly easy to clean, even after a sticky fruit filling bubbled over.
