Set di Taglieri da Macellaio

I’ve had this set on my counter for a few weeks now, and the maple wood feels noticeably denser and more solid than my old board. The grain is really even, and so far it hasn’t stained from tomato sauce.

I was a little worried about the weight at first, but the maple wood is dense and feels like it won't warp or split over time. It's already become my go-to for chopping vegetables and the surface holds up beautifully.

The maple wood grain is really beautiful up close, and it hasn't warped at all after a month of daily chopping. Feels heavier and more solid than my old bamboo board.
