Set per affettare

The brushed stainless fork has a nice weight that feels secure in my hand, and the forged knife sliced through a roast chicken like butter. I'm really impressed with how balanced the whole set is.

The full-tang forged knife made short work of my Christmas roast, slicing through with almost no effort. It's weighty but well-balanced, and the stainless steel fork held the meat steady perfectly.

The carving fork has a nice heft that makes steadying a turkey feel effortless, and the knife's full-tang blade slices through roast beef like butter. I've used it for two holiday dinners so far, and the brushed stainless steel still looks pristine.
