Set in Ghisa Smaltata

The skillet heats so evenly, I’ve stopped checking for hot spots entirely. It’s replaced two other pans in my kitchen already.

I've been using the Dutch oven for braising and the enameled surface cleans up so easily with just a wipe. The skillet's heat distribution is fantastic for searing chicken without any hot spots.

Finally got this set last week and the Dutch oven is a game-changer for soups—stays hot forever and cleans up way easier than my old stainless steel. The skillet's natural non-stick surface works perfectly for eggs without any oil.
