The ribs came out perfect—the pan’s stainless clad build held a steady heat and not a single warp even after a long, hot oven session. Cleanup took less than five minutes, which honestly sold me on it.
The pan handled a 12-pound turkey and a standing rib roast back-to-back without a hint of warping, and the juices stayed evenly distributed for a perfect gravy every time. Cleanup was surprisingly easy too, just a quick soak and the stainless surface wiped right down.
The stainless clad layers really hold heat evenly—my turkey came out with crispy skin and moist meat all the way through. Cleanup was a breeze too, just a quick soak and the drippings lifted right off. This pan’s going to be my go-to for every roast from now on.
