Piastra Rotonda in Acciaio al Carbonio

Fits my 22-inch Weber kettle like it was made for it. The carbon steel is noticeably heavier than my old cast iron, and the round shape covers the whole cooking area perfectly.

The 4mm thickness really holds the heat steady across the whole surface, even with a full batch of pancakes. I've been using it on my round grill and the fit is perfect — no hot spots at all.

Finally got my griddle setup dialed in — this carbon steel circle fits my round grill like it was made for it. The 4mm thickness means no hot spots across the entire surface, even when I pack it with pancakes. Cleanup is surprisingly easy too.
