Kobber Rondeau

I was a bit nervous about the maintenance, but the way this copper pan conducts heat has completely changed my sauté game. It’s heavy in the hand yet perfectly balanced, and it’s already developing a beautiful patina after just a few uses.

The heat distribution is so even that I'm finally getting perfect caramelization on the onions without any hot spots. It's surprisingly heavy in the hand, which feels solid and well-made.

The heat distribution on this copper pot is just incredible—no more scorching in one spot. I've had mine for a few weeks now and it already feels like a kitchen heirloom that’ll last for decades.
