Sezonowane żeliwne żeliwo holenderskie

Heated up evenly on my induction burner for the first time, which my old pot never managed. The cast iron feels incredibly solid without being too heavy to lift when full.

The lid fits so snug I barely need to adjust the heat to keep a perfect simmer. This thing heats evenly across the whole bottom, no hot spots at all. Well worth the money for something this solid.

After years of chipping cheaper enamel pots, this 6QT cast iron feels like the last Dutch oven I'll ever buy — the tight-fitting lid keeps steam in perfectly and the lifetime guarantee seals the deal.
