The antique brass handles are a gorgeous touch and feel surprisingly sturdy in hand. I’ve been reaching for the smaller pan for quick sautés every single morning, and the heat distribution is even enough that nothing sticks unless I really try.
The larger pan sears a steak beautifully and the smaller one is perfect for a quick omelet, though the brass handles do get a bit warm if you're not careful on high heat. Cleanup is a breeze, and the set feels like it will last for years.
The antique brass handles are such a nice touch—they feel warm and substantial in the hand, not flimsy at all. I’ve used the smaller pan for a quick sear every night this week and the heat distribution is so even, nothing sticks. This set has genuinely replaced my old nonstick pans.
