Carbon Steel Griddle

Switched from my usual cast iron to this carbon steel griddle and the 4mm thickness makes a noticeable difference—it heats evenly and keeps sizzling even after I pile on the food. Love being able to start breakfast inside and take it straight out to the grill for finishing.
