Copper Saucepan

The copper and stainless clad layers heat up so quickly and evenly that my sauces have never scorched once. It's also genuinely beautiful enough that I leave it sitting out on the stove.

I was surprised how evenly this saucepan distributes heat across the entire base—no more scorched edges on my sauce. The copper exterior really does make a difference in responsiveness, and it looks stunning hanging on my pot rack too.

The stainless steel interior makes cleanup effortless, and the copper body distributes heat beautifully for even simmering. This is easily the prettiest pot in my kitchen, and it performs as well as it looks.
