Broke down a stack of packing boxes in the garage and then popped a wine cork at dinner with the same blade. That little hook on the back is genius for cutting twine, and the carbon fiber handle stayed grippy even with sweaty hands. Exactly the kind of workhorse I didn't know I needed.
The carbon fiber handle feels incredibly solid in my hand, almost like it was made for my grip. I’ve used it to slice through a few stubborn cardboard boxes and it hasn’t dulled a bit.
The carbon fiber handle is so light I forget it's in my apron until I need to pop a cork mid-service. It's handled every rogue task from slicing twine to prying lids, and the edge still feels factory-sharp.
