I've had warped pans before, so the fact that this one stays perfectly flat even after a hot roast is a huge deal for me. Cleanup is just a quick wipe thanks to that non-stick coating, and the aluminum makes it light enough to handle with one hand.

The non-stick surface is genuinely effortless to wipe clean, even after roasting sticky marinades. It’s also noticeably lighter than my old pans, but still feels sturdy enough to handle daily use without any sign of bending.
