I’ve used a lot of roasting pans over the years, and this one’s carbon steel build genuinely feels like it’ll outlast everything else in my drawer. The weight is reassuring without being unwieldy, and cleanup after a big turkey was surprisingly quick. Glad I finally upgraded.
The carbon steel heats up so evenly that my vegetables roasted to the same golden crisp on every side, no rotating pans mid-cook needed. Handles stayed cool enough to grab without mitts, which was a pleasant surprise. This is the last roasting pan I'll need to buy.
