Frigideira Antiaderente CeramiClad® 2.0

I’ve had this pan for three weeks and the ceramic coating still releases eggs like it’s brand new, no oil needed. Cleanup is just a quick wipe, which is a huge win for my weekday mornings.

Eggs slide right off this thing even after a month of daily omelets, and the ceramic coating still looks brand new. Cleanup is just a quick wipe with a paper towel.

The 5-ply core makes this thing feel substantial in the hand, and the new ceramic coating has taken everything from eggs to caramelized onions without a single stuck spot. Cleanup is genuinely just a quick wipe, even after I let the pan cool down completely.
