Tabuleiro

Baked two batches of cookies back-to-back and the surface wiped clean with just a damp cloth, no scrubbing or soaking needed. The aluminum distributes heat so evenly that nothing came out lopsided or burnt on one edge.

My old pan finally warped beyond saving, so I treated myself to this one. The heavy-gauge aluminum heats so evenly that my cookies came out perfect on the very first batch, no burnt edges. And cleanup is honestly a breeze — everything just wipes right off the baking surface.

I’ve roasted veggies twice this week and the heavy-gauge aluminum really holds heat evenly, no warping at all even at high temps. The baking surface wiped clean with just a soapy sponge, which surprised me given how much I put it through.
