The three-pan set finally lets me match the pan to what I’m cooking—eggs go in one, veggies in another, and cleanup is still a breeze. Having all three materials on hand means I’m not scrambling for the right pan mid-meal, which happens more than I’d like to admit.

I've had cheap pans before that warped after a few months, but having three different materials for different dishes feels solid. The eggs don't stick to the nonstick one at all, and the stainless steel gives a great sear on chicken without fuss.

The variety is the real win—eggs slide right off the nonstick one, while the stainless steel gives my veggies a nice sear. Having the carbon steel option for high-heat proteins means I've stopped reaching for my old pans entirely.
