Even before I finished the first batch of pakoras, the oil was already shimmering perfectly—the 5-layer cladding really does heat evenly across the whole bowl. Cleaning up was almost as quick as the cooking.

The wide, sloping sides make tossing vegetables for stir-fry feel effortless, and the heat distribution is noticeably even across the whole bowl. It's become my go-to for quick sautéing, and cleanup is surprisingly easy despite the five-layer build.
