Pollo Plug™ Chicken Roaster

The 304 stainless steel is noticeably heavier and better built than the cheap aluminum ones I've used before. My chicken came out with perfectly crispy skin all over, and the upright design kept the meat incredibly moist.

I used this roaster for a Sunday chicken and the crispiness was unreal—the stainless steel really distributes the heat evenly. It fit perfectly in my existing pot and cleaned up without any struggle.

The stainless steel is solid and heavy-duty, and it really does lift the bird up so the hot air circulates all around. My roast chicken came out juicy inside with that golden, crispy skin I've been chasing for years.
