The flat base is a game-changer on my glass stovetop—it sits perfectly stable and gets screaming hot. I've been stir-frying veggies and they come out with that authentic smoky char I was hoping for.
This wok heats up incredibly fast and the high heat retention makes stir-frying so much easier. I love how quickly I can toss ingredients around without them sticking.
The flat base works perfectly on my glass stovetop, heating evenly and letting me toss ingredients without wobbling. I’ve been using it for stir-fries every night, and the seasoned surface already has a nice non-stick patina forming.
