Backset

Finally gave up my old metal pans for these, and the difference is night and day. The porcelain heats so evenly that my custards don't crack anymore, and clean-up is a breeze.

I was initially worried about how these would hold up in the oven, but after my first roast chicken, the clean-up was shockingly fast—just a quick soak and rinse. The three different shapes make it easy to switch from roasting veggies to baking a small casserole.

The porcelain feels incredibly smooth and heavy in my hands, and the roasting pan fit a whole chicken perfectly. Cleanup was effortless since nothing stuck to the glazed surface.
