Rain poured all week and when I finally lifted this cover off, the grill underneath was bone dry, no pooling or mildew smell at all. The water-repellent material did exactly what it promised, and the fit is snug enough that it didn't blow off in the wind either.
The fabric feels thicker than the cheap ones I’ve tossed before, and after a week of sun and a few downpours, my grill still looks brand new under it, no sagging or soaked spots.
Rain came down hard last Tuesday and when I pulled the cover off for a weekend cookout, the grill was bone dry. The water-repellent fabric did exactly what it promised, and it fits snug enough that I don't worry about it blowing away.
