Parrilla Made In

The convertible cooktop is a game changer—flipping it flat for a quick sear, then raised for simmering, all without losing heat. I’ve used it on my balcony and camping, and the heat control genuinely feels as precise as my stovetop at home.

Took this to a tailgate last weekend and the multiple heat levels meant I could sear burgers while keeping the sides warm—no more juggling hot spots. The handcrafted build feels solid, and the convertible cooktop made cleanup straightforward. Exactly the control I wanted off the grid.

The convertible cooktop swapped from flat griddle to grill grates mid-cook without any fuss, and the heat stayed dead even across the surface. Sear marks came out perfect on the steaks, no hot spots anywhere. Honestly, this thing punches way above its size for a portable rig.
