Baking a whole chicken on it came out perfectly even, and the heavy-gauge aluminum didn’t warp one bit even after a hot oven. Cleanup was a breeze too, just a quick soak. This is the only sheet pan I reach for now.

I roast vegetables on it at least three times a week and the pan hasn't warped at all, even after going straight from a hot oven to the counter. The heavy-gauge aluminum is solid enough that it doesn't flex when I'm carrying it full.

The heavy-gauge aluminum gives it that solid weight you want—no bending when I slide it into a hot oven. Roasting a whole chicken came out evenly browned, and cleanup was just a quick soak. This one’s a keeper.
