I’ve had it for three weeks and the 5-ply core heats so evenly that my omelets come out perfect every single time, no hot spots. The new ceramic coating is holding up way better than my old pan did after this much use.
The ceramic coating still releases eggs without a single drop of oil after two months of daily use, which honestly surprised me given how my last nonstick started sticking by now. The 5-ply core keeps the heat even across the whole surface too, so no more scorched spots in the middle.
